- Your own card, or a card you are topping up for someone in Abu Dhabi.
- Credit sits on the card and is used when you board a bus.
- A balance check is optional and sits on its own page.

- 10 digits. The field groups them as 0000 0000 00 while you type.
- The amount in AED
- Tap an amount. The figure you choose is the credit you are asking to add.
- A way to reply
- We call or write back within 24 hours to confirm the total.
How a Hafilat recharge request moves
The top-up page is one screen. A manager replies within 24 hours.

You see a thank-you note. A manager contacts you within 24 hours.

After the total is confirmed, the credit is processed onto the bus card.
