What you share
- On a top-up: the 10-digit card number, the amount, and an email if you add one.
- On a balance check: the 10-digit card number.
- On the contact form: your name, email, an optional topic, and your message.
- When you pay: the payment provider tells us whether the payment succeeded. We do not receive the full bank card number.
Why
- To confirm the request and send the credit after payment.
- To show the balance you asked for.
- To answer you and to handle a refund.
- To meet accounting duties in the UAE.
In this browser
The site can store your theme choice and the fact that you closed the cookie note. Both stay on your device.
Who else sees it
We share what is needed with the payment provider and with the parties who add the credit to the card. Details are not sold.
How long
Payment records are kept for accounting, usually up to 5 years. Messages that are not tied to an open request are deleted after 12 months.
Your choices
Write to contact@auhfaredesk.org to see, correct, or delete your details. We reply within 30 days.
