Straight answers for a Hafilat bus card in Abu Dhabi.
How do I top up through this website?
Open the top-up page, enter the 10-digit number printed on the Hafilat card, set the amount in AED, and send the form. A manager contacts you within 24 hours to confirm the total. You pay on the next step.
How long does processing take?
A manager contacts you within 24 hours of the request. During open hours, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Abu Dhabi time, that is often sooner. After you pay, the credit is processed onto the card.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You pay by bank card on the next step, after the number and the total are confirmed.
What fees and limits apply?
Sending the request is free. Amounts run from AED 10 to AED 100. Any fee is included in the total you confirm before paying. There is no further charge after that.
The payment failed, or the card was charged and the credit did not arrive. What now?
If the payment fails, the credit is not added and you can try the payment step again. If the card was charged and the credit does not show, contact us with the 10-digit number and the time of the payment. We finish the top-up or return the money under the refund policy.
Is it safe to enter card details?
The bus card number is the 10 digits from your Hafilat card. A bank card number is not typed into this website. You enter that only on the payment step, after the total is confirmed.
Can I get the money back?
Yes, when a paid top-up could not be added to the card, or the same request was charged twice. You can drop a request that has not been paid. The refund page sets out the cases and the timing.
