AuhFareDesk is a fare window in Al Khalidiyah, Abu Dhabi. People use it to add credit to a Hafilat bus card, and to look up the balance when they want to.
What we do
You enter the 10-digit number and an amount in AED. We confirm the total with you within 24 hours. You pay by card on the next step, and the credit is processed onto the bus card.
Who it is for
- Anyone who rides Abu Dhabi buses and would rather top up from a phone.
- Someone adding credit to a family card.
- A rider who wants the balance before deciding to add more.
How a request is handled
- You can write in English or Arabic.
- The balance page is optional and does not replace the top-up.
- The total is named before you pay.
- The first message is free.
A separate window
AuhFareDesk is a separate Abu Dhabi window for Hafilat bus card top-ups in the UAE. Hafilat is the name of the bus card. It belongs to its owner and is used here so you know which card the number refers to.
