1. These terms

These terms cover auhfaredesk.org, run from Al Khalidiyah, W8, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Sending a top-up request means you accept them.

2. The service

We take requests to add credit to a Hafilat bus card used on Abu Dhabi public buses. We are not the bus operator. Fares and the card itself stay with the operator.

3. A request

• You provide the 10-digit card number and an amount from AED 10 to AED 100.
• You are responsible for the number you type.
• Sending the form does not take a payment. We confirm the request before you pay.

4. Price and payment

The total, including any fee, is named before you pay. You pay by bank card on the next step. The request is finished only after that payment succeeds.

5. Cancellation and refunds

These follow the refund page.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the window for fraud, pay with a card you have no right to use, or interfere with the website. We may refuse a request that looks fraudulent.

7. Liability

We take care to confirm the number and the amount. We are not responsible for delays caused by the bus network, a bank, or anything outside our control, or for credit sent to a number you typed incorrectly.

8. Names

Hafilat belongs to its owner. The name is used here only to describe the bus card.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The date above is the current version.
